Visions and Values

Customer focus

Traffix provides a warm and friendly service with an enthusiastic, experienced and professional workforce on hand and dedicated to providing and delivering 100% customer satisfaction.

Health and Safety

Traffix acknowledges that the key to successful health and safety management requires an effective policy, organisation and arrangement which reflect the commitment of senior management. We will continually measure, monitor and revise where necessary an annual plan to ensure that health and safety standards are adequately maintained.

Innovation

Our management staff and operatives are all active in promoting the successful exploitation of value engineering. Traffix are the UK's first traffic management company to supply our total workforce with voice-activated bodycams. This initiative is designed for the benefit of both the general public and our operatives. Our cameras provide a useful record of road traffic incidents and public disturbances, which benefit the police, local authorities and communities.

Future, recognition & reward

Following our success in achieving the quality standard marks ISO9001, ISO18001 and ISO14001, we are working towards achieving BS 11000 for collaborative working. This underpins our long-term vision to become an ever-closer supporting partner to our blue chip customer base. With the integration of the International Standard Organisation in 2016, this mark will illustrate our commitment to remaining as industry leaders within our sector.

Modern Slavery Act 2015

Traffix has a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we strive to act ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We shall ensure that our approach and stance is clear with all our partner organisations.

Equality and diversity

Traffix aims to be an equal opportunities employer and is determined to ensure that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status or race, or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which cannot be shown to be justifiable.
