“I feel that it is crucial not just for us as a company but Traffic Management as a whole to involve more women in our industry, we are very proud to have had several women join our team and have started to pave the way of women working on the road.
“We have seen an increase in women applying for the role of Traffic Management Operatives, this shows that our industry is really making waves into involving women. We want to stop the noise of it’s just a male orientated industry and make our workforce diverse and keep moving forward.
“I feel honored to be a part of such a welcoming team, since I have started I have felt safe, welcome and a part of a family that I wouldn’t want to leave. It’s great that we are constantly making new additions to our female team and I am excited to see what the future brings for Traffix.”
