Traffix – Supported UK Armed Forces Service leavers
The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise from the nation that those who serve or have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly. As signatories to the Covenant, we directly support service leavers via the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), a partnering agreement between the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and Right Management.
This support assists personnel leaving the armed forces to prepare for entering the civilian job market and to make a successful transition to employment, or achieve the wider vocational outcome they seek. Traffix staff Derek Vinning and Kerry Draper discuss our commitment to this partnership, with feedback from Major Samantha Brettel (Q0Y, S02 Transition).
